Quill and Foyle’s Hasty Composure - A Free Family Show, with support from NEFA, NEST grants. Plus Santa & Mrs. Claus and holiday crafting courtesy of Town of Randolph Rec.
This new and original all ages show, sponsored by a creation grant from The Vermont Arts Council, pairs No Strings Marionette Company with composer Paul Perley. Marionettes, scenery, and musical compositions uniquely created to tell the tale of twins Quill and Foyle, who are about to set out to learn their life purpose. Sometimes the space between what we want and what we should do creates big problems!! The pair’s courage and determination develop connections to the natural world as they uncover layers about themselves they never knew existed.
Randolph Singers Holiday Concert

The Randolph Singers’ Holiday Program includes everything from classical music composers, such as Bach and Handel, to traditional holiday tunes, John Lennon, and a song about love by Paul McCartney. The Singers will be joined for a short program by the Chandler Children's Chorale. The concert will conclude with an expanded Christmas carol sing-along.

Còig: A Celtic Christmas Show

Còig is celebrating 10 years of spreading holiday Cheer with the 2024 annual Christmas tour!
Nova Scotia’s Còig presents an evening of Celtic holiday music, with lively instrumentals, stirring vocals and festive favourites from their Christmas albums, “Carols” and “Carols Too”.
As an extra special addition to the 10th anniversary shows, Rachel Davis, Darren McMullen, and Margie Beaton will be joined by founding member Jason Roach! A crowd favourite, Jason left the band in 2019 to pursue other artistic endeavours and stay closer to home. We’re absolutely thrilled that he is going to be back with us this year for the holiday tour!
Public Debate for Speaker of the House

For the first time in Green Mountain State history, the public will have the opportunity to observe directly, a transparent process by which the VT House of Representatives evaluate candidates for Speaker of the House—by far the most politically influential role in our beloved capitol of Montpelier. Proud to be the first to host such unprecedented political tradition; the White River Valley Chamber of Commerce is excited to be inviting both incumbent Speaker Rep. Jill Krowinski [D-Burlington], and challenging incumbent Rep. Laura Sibilia [I-Dover] to Randolph just prior to year's end for what central Vermont voters are eager to experience, as the Chandler will facilitate something of a miniature Republic between election day the first week of November and the first day of the Legislative session the first week of January.
Jake Blount w/ John and Ida Mae Specker

Jake Blount is an award-winning musician and scholar based in Providence, RI. He is half of the internationally touring duo Tui, a 2020 recipient of the Steve Martin Banjo Prize, and a two-time winner of the Appalachian String Band Music Festival (better known as Clifftop). A specialist in the early folk music of Black Americans, Blount is a skilled performer of spirituals, blues and string band repertoire.

Glenn Miller Orchestra

The most popular and sought after big band of all time returns to the Chandler Music Hall for one night only! On May 8, The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra will perform their greatest hits, including “In The Mood”, “Chattanooga Choo Choo”, “American Patrol”, “A String Of Pearls”, “Little Brown Jug”, “Pennsylvania 6-5000”, Tuxedo Junction”, and of course their theme song “Moonlight Serenade” as they continue their national tour. The orchestra, along with the music director Erik Stabnau, vocalist Jenny Swoish and The Moonlight Serenaders, will perform their catalog of big band classics just the way they would have over 80 years ago when Glenn Miller stood in front of his band. It is a show that continues to transport audiences back in time and is as nostalgic as it is exciting.
